Translating order "forms" to online data, the order tracking system allows for detail entry or summary entry of each item sold.
Applying payments to orders is simple. Cash, checks, COD, one check for multiple orders? It is all handled properly.
Every order, payment and deposit is tracked. Thus keeping each transaction in balance or requiring the user to take action to allow a non-balanced entry.
